Laser engraving on wood: exceptional finesse and maximum contrast

Laser engraving is a high-precision marking technique that produces fine, crisp details on a wide range of materials and many wood species. Logos, text, patterns or complex artwork: every piece is engraved with great finesse, for a result that is both precise and elegant.

The process creates a natural, long-lasting contrast that gives each piece character and turns it into a distinctive, memorable communication medium. Unlike many suppliers, BA CONCEPT masters particularly deep, dark and high-contrast engravings, even on demanding materials.

At BA CONCEPT, we put this expertise to work for ambitious projects, especially in hospitality, luxury retail, brands and events. Combined with other techniques such as printing or hot foil stamping, laser engraving lets us create bespoke objects and displays with a refined finish and strong aesthetic value, designed to leave a lasting impression.

How does laser engraving on wood work?

Laser engraving on wood relies on a simple yet powerful principle: a focused laser beam burns the surface of the wood with unique precision, creating patterns, text or logos without adding any material.

Our CO₂ laser generates intense heat (between 200 and 300 °C) that selectively carbonises the top layer of the wood to faithfully reproduce your design. This technique offers many advantages:

Thanks to our expertise, we can engrave any wood species, with a unique result for each one.
