Crisp laser engraving down to the smallest detail
A medal is looked at up close. On many wooden medals the engraving bleeds, the contrast is weak and small text becomes illegible. Our laser engraving is fine-tuned for each wood: it delivers a clean, deep, high-contrast line down to the finest details of your logo. For colour designs, we also master direct printing on wood.

Bespoke medals: shape, logo and ribbon in your design
No catalogue, no rigid templates. Thanks to bespoke laser cutting, every medal takes the shape of your project: the silhouette of a summit, the outline of your logo, an openwork shape or a classic format. The content is up to you: logo, event name, date, distance, ranking. The result: a finisher medal your participants keep and proudly show off.

How long does production take?
8 working days after proof approval, then about 3–5 working days for delivery within the EU (carrier lead time not guaranteed). Shipping is a flat rate of €15 excl. VAT per order; for delivery outside the EU, please contact us. For urgent orders, get in touch – we review every rush request individually.
What is the minimum order?
20 medals. We make 20 as well as several thousand pieces – with the same quality.
How much does a personalised wooden medal cost?
From €1.90 excl. VAT per piece (from 500 pieces), ribbon included. The price depends on quantity, size and options; oak, walnut and maple are the same price. See our tiered prices or request your free preview for an exact quote.
Are the preview and proof chargeable?
No. Both are free and with no obligation. You receive the preview within 24 hours. You only order once you have approved the proof.
Can I choose the shape of my medal?
Yes. Every medal can be cut to measure: the outline of your logo, a striking silhouette, an openwork shape or a classic round, square or hexagonal format.
Which file should I send you?
Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). A good-quality PNG or JPG also works: we prepare your design for engraving or printing.
Laser engraving or colour print – which is better?
Laser engraving looks natural, elegant and is very durable – ideal for logos and text. Digital printing reproduces your colours and detailed designs. We advise you according to your project.
Is the ribbon included?
Yes, every medal comes with a plain ribbon fitted in the colour of your choice. A custom ribbon (in your colours, with logo or text) is available as an option on request.
Can both sides of the medal be personalised?
Yes. Our prices are for a one-sided finish. The back (text, logo, ranking…) is optional – we include it in your quote.
Can you invoice without VAT?
Yes. For businesses, clubs and public bodies with a valid EU VAT number, we invoice without VAT (reverse charge). Without a VAT number, we have to charge VAT. Simply enter your VAT number in the request form.
