At BA CONCEPT, every trophy is made to measure in our own workshop , from carefully selected materials: birch plywood, oak, poplar or high-quality MDF. Each wood has its own character, nuances and grain – making every piece unique.
To enhance certain projects, we combine wood with acrylic – for material contrasts, transparency effects or modern details. But wood remains the heart of our work : a noble, durable and meaningful material that turns every award into a true keepsake.

Free-form shapes, complex cuts, striking silhouettes, openwork logos, classic medals or entirely original creations: with laser cutting, we deliver projects that traditional methods often cannot achieve.

Recent project: Avengers Award 2026
For the Avengers Award 2026 ceremony, organised by Sovereign Brands in Paris, we designed a fully bespoke trophy inspired by the event’s visual identity.
- Solid oak ring, cut to measure, with the grain deliberately showcased.
- Letter “A” in black-stained oak, mounted on the ring for depth and a strong material contrast.
- Base with an engraved, inlaid brass plate: event name, category, winner and partner logos.

Our techniques for a unique wooden trophy
Technique only has value if it brings out the material. At BA CONCEPT, we choose each process with one simple aim: giving the wood a precise, legible and durable result – tailored to your project.
Laser engraving allows very fine reproduction with a natural look. Text, logos, numbering or graphic details are engraved directly into the material with the utmost precision – for a subtle, elegant and lasting result.
When the project includes colours or complex designs, UV printing is a direct, high-quality solution. Colours are applied to the wood without film or backing, preserving its natural look with excellent resistance, even in demanding conditions.
It defines the shape and identity of every piece. It makes complex outlines, fine cut-outs, custom silhouettes or creative combinations possible – far beyond standard formats. So every project gets a truly unique shape.
All our work is produced in our own workshop, with careful control at every stage – from cutting to finishing. This end-to-end control guarantees consistent quality and pieces that showcase your projects perfectly.

How long does it take to make a bespoke wooden trophy?
Our lead times are reliable and suited to the needs of events. For a standard production of a few dozen to several hundred pieces, allow 5 to 8 working days after design approval. For urgent orders, we review each project to offer a solution wherever possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum quantity. We make one-off pieces as well as large series. The unit price depends on the quantity.
Can a logo or colour design be applied to the wood?
Yes. Laser engraving reproduces text, logos and graphic elements precisely. For colour designs, direct UV printing on wood gives a faithful and durable result – with no film or transfer, preserving the natural look of the wood.
Which woods do you offer?
We mainly work with birch plywood, MDF, poplar and oak. Each wood has its own aesthetic and technical qualities. Other options are available on request depending on the project – just mention it in your quote request.
