After discussing your needs, we send you a detailed proposal tailored to your project. For complete signage (totems, plates, numbering, brand elements), we take a global approach from the design stage.

What are your production lead times?

Lead times depend on the complexity of the creation and the volume. A simple sign usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after proof approval. For larger projects – hotels, head offices, workplaces – a precise production schedule is set at the time of order to meet your opening, fit-out or renovation dates. We always do our best to accommodate our clients’ constraints, especially on lead times.

Which files should I provide to start a project?

To reproduce your visual identity as faithfully as possible, we ask, where possible, for a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PDF), usually supplied by your design agency. If you do not have one, we can also work from existing material, a brief or brand guidelines. Before production, we send you a proof to confirm the aesthetic and technical choices.
